The product itself was fine, honestly. It’s not even about that, it worked okay and I don’t really have a big issue with it. But the packaging looked kind of cheap and showed up a little crushed, which was disappointing for the price. It just gave the impression that it was rushed and not protected very well during shipping. Hopefully they improve that part

I ordered from feals.com and the product itself was totally fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. What made it more annoying was the lack of clear updates. I felt like I was just refreshing the tracking page over and over because I couldn’t really tell what was going on. Maybe I just ordered at a bad time, but for the price, I expected the delivery process to be a lot smoother and faster.

It feels calming to me, but I don’t really feel out of it or anything. It’s kind of a nice balance, at least from my experience.

They talk about a satisfaction guarantee, but when I actually asked for a refund, nothing really happened... support just kept sending me in circles. not worth the hassle for me

I was a little nervous this was going to taste like I was drinking straight-up grass from a field, but it’s actually easy to take. The flavor is mild and not overly sweet, which I really appreciate. There is a slight hemp aftertaste, but it disappears quickly and isn’t a big deal. I’d give it 4 stars because I do wish the taste was just a tiny bit smoother overall.

A simple update, a timeline, an explanation, even just a quick heads-up would make a big difference.

It works just fine and does what I need it to do!! I just wish it was a little cheaper, but overall I’m happy with it
